1tbspextra virgin olive oil
1/3cupvegetable broth or chicken broth
1pinch red chili pepper flakes
1/4tspfine sea salt and fresh ground pepper

Heat the extra virgin olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced onions and sauté for a minute until they begin to go translucent. Stir in the minced garlic. Next, add the greens, broth and season with red chili pepper flakes, sea salt and ground pepper.
Turn up the heat until it begins to simmer. Cover and lower the heat slightly. Cook for about 5 minutes. Then remove the lid and continue cooking until liquid has evaporated. Stir in the red wine vinegar and serve immediately.
